By creating an account or using Airbots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Each person may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and private keys.

Bot names are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You may list multiple bots under your account. Each bot listing requires payment of the applicable fee. Bot names must not infringe on trademarks or contain offensive content.

All payments are processed through our payment provider. Bot listing fees are one-time payments and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

You may not use Airbots for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or distributing malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of your bot content. By publishing a bot profile, you grant Airbots a license to display your content in our directory and related services.

Airbots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users' bots.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
